At Seaside Realty, LLC, we are more than just real estate professionals—we are deeply rooted in the Pinellas County community, bringing decades of expertise in real estate, construction, and property investment. Brad, a Seminole, Florida native, has spent his entire life immersed in the Pinellas County real estate scene. With a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida and years of experience in both real estate and construction, Brad has played a pivotal role in developing multi-million-dollar subdivisions and crafting custom homes with Chouinard Builders. His expertise in new construction and residential development allows him to seamlessly guide clients through the complexities of homebuilding, from planning and design to final execution. As a short-term rental and property management specialist, Brad also brings valuable insight to investors looking to maximize their real estate potential. When he’s not working, he enjoys boating, exploring Florida’s Gulf Coast, and uncovering hidden local gems that only a lifelong resident would know.
Daniel, originally from Maryland, started his career in emergency medicine as a paramedic before transitioning into Critical Care transport and serving as a flight paramedic. Eventually, he became a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), specializing in high-acuity patient care. In 2021, he relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida, trading in cold winters for the warm, vibrant Florida lifestyle. It was here that he met his husband and business partner, Brad, forming both a personal and professional partnership that led to the founding of Seaside Realty, LLC. While Daniel continues his work as an Advanced Care CCRN, he also devotes his time to helping clients find their perfect home, blending his background in patient care with real estate expertise to ensure each client’s experience is stress-free and rewarding.
